We are located in a central, yet quiet, arcade off Gilbert St in Torquay, Victoria. We encourage clients from throughout the Surfcoast and Geelong region to use our services. All it involves is filling out our enquiry form, dropping in to see us or giving us a quick phone call and we can help work out the best beauty salon treatment for you.
I only like using natural products on my skin. Do you use these?
At Soul Skin we are firm believers in using natural products only. We have a range of products we use and only use those that will suit your personal skin type.
How do you work out what’s best for my skin type?
Before we do any treatment we will give you a free skin analysis that will enable us to work out the best product for you to use. We believe in looking after your skin so any treatment here leaves you not only feeling fantastic, but also looking great.
I have tried many hair removal methods including electrolysis. Will laser hair removal work for me?
Laser hair removal, or IPL (Intense Pulse Light) hair removal, has become the most popular way of getting rid of unwanted hair. It is painless, quick and effective. Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes, we do! You can purchase gift vouchers online or in-store for complete convenience. Our online gift vouchers will be emailed to the specified person in PDF format which can be printed.
Do you allow children in your salon?
We cannot treat children under 12. Children under 12 are not permitted in the treatment areas of Soul Skin due to OH & S compliance.
Do you have a policy about mobile phones?
To achieve pure relaxation it is necessary for you to turn off your phone. You may be refused treatment whilst using your phone.
Do I need to arrive to my appointment early?
We recommend you arrive a few minutes early to give you some time to relax prior to your treatment. Arriving on time allows you to enjoy the complete treatment that you have booked. Each of our appointments are scheduled to finish at a specific time, to allow our next client to also enjoy their full salon experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
All Bookings require a 50% deposit of appointments over one hour
24 hours notices is required to change/move your appointment – inside of 24 hours your deposit will not be refunded
If we cannot honour your appointment we will offer you another time or a refund
We ask that you come alone to your appointment and follow our covid guidelines
The products we stock are cosmeceutical & paramedical grade and it is important to always use products as directed by a skin specialist.
If you notice any skin changes not expected from using your prescribed products , please stop using the product immediately and call us on 03 52615560 or email at [email protected]. Please provide photos if relevant.
Whilst we do our best with packaging unfortunately sometimes products get damaged or maybe faulty. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your poduct/s

- Once we receive the product/s, we will process the refund or supply replacement in accordance with the relevant companies procedure..
